Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons corn starch or flour
  • 3 tablespoons meat or poultry drippings
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make homemade pan gravy

  • Step 1
    I mix the cornstarch with a little water and then add it to the drippings, so I don't have lumpy gravy.
  • Step 2
    So I add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk till it thickens, and have beautiful gravy every time.
