  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon breakfast sausage grease

How To Make homemade breakfast sausage gravy

  • Step 1
    In a large non-stick pan over medium heat add sausage grease..can use this with pork chop or bacon grease to.
  • Step 2
    Add flour, salt, and pepper to pan. Stir until well mixed and until the flour mixture is brown.
  • Step 3
    Add milk to flour mixture and stir until mixture thickens. Add more or less milk until desired consistancy. Serve with biscuits.
