How to Make Hamburger Mushroom Gravy( with Milk and Cream)
- 1Brown ground beef in a large pan. When no longer pink remove from pan, set aside.
- 2Add butter to same pan, when melted add flour to pan mix well continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- 3Add milk and cream together pour into the flour mixture whisking all the while cook until thickened.
- 4Add ground beef to thickened sauce turn on low to keep warm.
- 5In a small pan add coconut oil, mushrooms,and garlic salt sauté till cooked through. Add to ground beef mixture heat through and serve
