Hubby loves gravy of any kind and eats well when we have it thought this would be good. Could be served over potatoes, rice,noodles, biscuits, or like today toast points.

Ingredients For hamburger mushroom gravy( with milk and cream)

  • 1 lb
    groundbeef
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    cream
  • SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocnut oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 c
    mushrooms

How To Make hamburger mushroom gravy( with milk and cream)

    Brown ground beef in a large pan. When no longer pink remove from pan, set aside.

    Add butter to same pan, when melted add flour to pan mix well continue to cook for 2 minutes.

    Add milk and cream together pour into the flour mixture whisking all the while cook until thickened.

    Add ground beef to thickened sauce turn on low to keep warm.

    In a small pan add coconut oil, mushrooms,and garlic salt sauté till cooked through. Add to ground beef mixture heat through and serve
