hamburger mushroom gravy( with milk and cream)
Hubby loves gravy of any kind and eats well when we have it thought this would be good. Could be served over potatoes, rice,noodles, biscuits, or like today toast points.

Ingredients
- 1 pound groundbeef
- 4 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
- 2 tablespoons cocnut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups mushrooms
How To Make hamburger mushroom gravy( with milk and cream)

Step 1Brown ground beef in a large pan. When no longer pink remove from pan, set aside.

Step 2Add butter to same pan, when melted add flour to pan mix well continue to cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add milk and cream together pour into the flour mixture whisking all the while cook until thickened.

Step 4Add ground beef to thickened sauce turn on low to keep warm.

Step 5In a small pan add coconut oil, mushrooms,and garlic salt sauté till cooked through. Add to ground beef mixture heat through and serve
