How to Make Giblet Gravy
1Using a sauce pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
2Add the meat, poultry seasoning and raw stuffing to the mixture.
3In a separate bowl, mix the flour and room temperature butter. Mix well with a fork.
4Add to the boiling stock, stirring constantly.
5Reduce heat and continue to cook for 2 - 3 minutes. add more broth if too thick. Add the seasonings, then add the boiled egg. Serve warm with chicken and dressing.
