My mother never made giblet gravy. This is a combination of recipes to come up with my own version because my son loves giblet gravy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled chicken, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons chicken and dressing, before it is cooked
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - boiled egg, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
How To Make giblet gravy

Step 1Using a sauce pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.

Step 2Add the meat, poultry seasoning and raw stuffing to the mixture.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix the flour and room temperature butter. Mix well with a fork.

Step 4Add to the boiling stock, stirring constantly.

Step 5Reduce heat and continue to cook for 2 - 3 minutes. add more broth if too thick. Add the seasonings, then add the boiled egg. Serve warm with chicken and dressing.
