Ingredients
- 1 package veggie burgers
- GRAVY
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced, rings separated
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons beef base (i use a "no beef" beef base)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy "salisbury steaks" and gravy

Step 1Mix together water and beef base and set aside.

Step 2Place oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and saute until soft.

Step 3Add mushrooms and saute about 5 minutes.

Step 4Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly add water/beef mixture, salt and pepper; bring to a boil and thicken.

Step 5Add veggies burgers, reduce heat and simmer until burgers are heated through, about 5 minutes.
