easy chicken gravy
I love this gravy poured over mashed potatoes or chicken. My Mom made a little different version of this but this is my lazy way. These net pictures show you how the end product should look.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/4 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 cup baking mix (ex: bisquick)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy chicken gravy

Step 1In a blender, combine the broth, onion powder, boullion granules and baking mix. Blend on high speed for @ 1 minute or until smooth.

Step 2Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat for 4 or 5 minutes until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly until it has thickened.

Step 3Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
