Ingredients
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup butter or better than butter, the pan drippings from some type of beef
- salt to taste
How To Make easy au jus

Step 1Heat your beef fat drippings or butter in skillet

Step 2Add flour and brown in pan with beef fat drippings. NOTE: This sauce is not thick like a gravy, it's a thin broth, the flour just gives it a little substance, but it's shouldn't be thick.

Step 3Add onion powder and beef broth.

Step 4Bring just to a boil and turn off.

Step 5Salt to taste.

Step 6Ladel into small ramekins or dipper cups. Serve with roast beef, steak, French dip sandwich or any beef you like!
