A co-worker gave me this recipe and it is very tasty. Could even be used with round steak as a swiss steak. Great accompaniment to mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes (do not drain)
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make crockpot roast - easy

Step 1

Put a 3 1/2 pound roast into crock pot. Mix all the above and pour over the roast. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. This is also good served over rice or egg noodles! YUMMY!
