low fat cream cheese
1Melt butter in saute pan. Add chopped garlic, prosciutto and simmer for 2 minutes.
2Pour in heavy cream and milk and continue simmering on a medium heat until a slow boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for about 8 minutes.
3Add cream cheese cut into cubes and stir until melted.
4Add parmesean cheese and stir until melted and serve.
