  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt - to taste
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper - to taste
  • 1 c
  • 3 - 6
    hard boiled eggs - chopped
  • 3 - 6
    slices buttered toast

How to Make Creamed Eggs on Toast


  1. Form a rue by melting the butter and blending in cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  2. Gradually add the milk, bring to a gentle boil and cook for 2 minutes. Stirring constantly.
  3. Gently stir in the eggs.
  4. Serve on buttered toast.
