Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make cream gravy

Step 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium,

Step 2Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute. Be sure it doesn't brown.

Step 3Slowly whisk in the milk.

Step 4Raise the temperature and continue whisking until it starts to thicken. About 5 minutes.

Step 5Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6I use about 1/2 teaspoon salt and a generous amount of pepper.
