When I was visiting the states, I bought some store packets of country gravy mix, then I did some research and found you can make this with what you have on hand, and the taste of the gravy is better than the packets, and you know what is in it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
How To Make country gravy mix

Step 1Add everything to a bowl and mix together.

Step 2Store in an airtight container and use within 1 year. I stored this in a quart jar with a plastic reusable lid.

Step 33 tablespoons of this mix equals 1 packet of store bought country gravy mix.
