2Country gravy mix.
In a saucepan mix 1/2 cup milk and 1/12 cup water. add 1/3 cup country gravy mix and cook over med heat until it comes to boil. cook 1-2 minutes until it thickens to desired amount. serve over mash potatoes and country fried chicken or steak.
For sausage gravy
in a saucepan add 1/2 pack of sausage (Links, rounds or bulk) and 1 small onion diced. Cook until done chopping and smashing to create small chunks or loose meat. when ready add 1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 cup water and 1/3 cup mix, simmer until thicken. Serve over biscuits.
