You always hear people say they don't like cooked cauliflower. My husband didn't ever eat it as a kid but once we were married I said you have to try mine. My mother always made it this way and he has been eating cauliflower ever since. You know what they say, everything is better with bacon, LOL!

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 package of bacon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 - 4 cups milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cauliflower w/bacon gravy

Step 1Break apart cauliflower and boil in a pot of water until just tender. Drain well.

Step 2Fry bacon in non-stick skillet and set to the side.

Step 3Add flour to bacon grease to form a roux. Add your milk and season with salt and pepper. Cook until thickened into a gravy.

Step 4Put the cooked cauliflower in a serving dish, pour gravy over the cauliflower and crumble cooked bacon over the top.
