How to Make Cauliflower w/bacon gravy
- Break apart cauliflower and boil in a pot of water until just tender. Drain well.
- Fry bacon in non-stick skillet and set to the side.
- Add flour to bacon grease to form a roux. Add your milk and season with salt and pepper. Cook until thickened into a gravy.
- Put the cooked cauliflower in a serving dish, pour gravy over the cauliflower and crumble cooked bacon over the top.
