  • 1/4 pound sausage
  • 1/4 pound all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • - bacon grease

How To Make cabarrus sausage gravy

  • Step 1
    Cook sausage. Add bacon grease. Add flour and stir until thick and bubbly. Slowly whisk in milk, salt, and pepper.
