I used this glaze over my Cream Cheese Pound Cake, which I had added roasted pecans to, but it would be good over other cakes too.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
How To Make butter pecan glaze

Step 1In saucepan melt butter, add pecans. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly abut 1 minute, mix in brown sugar,cream and syrup. Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Drizzle over cake.
