This is a very much used sauce in the trade. Great for left over burgers, by crumbleing the burger in the sauce. And you could add any thing else to it for a left over meal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/6 teaspoon white peppers
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
- - a pinch of nutmeg
- 1 - egg yolks
- - to thicken roux equal parts of flour and margarine
How To Make bechamel sauce

Step 1Simmer chicken stock, add cream, onions, & all except roux. Simmer 10 minutes. Add roux for thickness,rule of thum is when sauce just sticks to a spoon. It is ready.
