bacon gravy
I use this on my breakfast pizza or with biscuits and gravy. I prefer bacon gravy over all others for breakfast dishes. I didn't have milk so I replaced the milk with cream of mushroom soup and took out the flour. It tasted perfect. So in a pinch or just for that touch of mushroom flavor swap out milk for cream of mushroom soup and water. Add water until you get the thickness you are looking for.

Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- - pepper to taste
How To Make bacon gravy

Step 1Whisk bacon grease and flour together for about one minute over medium heat. Be sure not to burn the flour.

Step 2Add milk; continue to whisk.

Step 3Whisk in pepper as desired.

Step 4Heat ingredients until bubbling and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
