Gravy isn't as hard to make as many folks think it is. Here is an easy way to master gravy. Follow to a "T" and you have got er made.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 - slices of bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 C - flour
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp - sgr
  • 3 C - milk

How To Make "bacon gravy"

  • Step 1
    Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp. Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed. season with salt and pepper & sgr.
  • Step 2
    Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet. Boil about 5 min, or until thick.
  • Step 3
    Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
