Ingredients
- 2 - 4 - slices of bacon cut into small pieces
- 1/3 C - flour
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp - sgr
- 3 C - milk
How To Make "bacon gravy"

Step 1Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp. Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed. season with salt and pepper & sgr.

Step 2Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet. Boil about 5 min, or until thick.

Step 3Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
