Ingredients

  • 2 - 4
    slices of bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 C
    flour
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
    sgr
  • 3 C
    milk

How to Make "BACON GRAVY"

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp.
    Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed.
    season with salt and pepper & sgr.
  2. Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet.
    Boil about 5 min, or until thick.
  3. Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
