Hamburger Gravy recipes are everywhere. This is mine. A savory blend of herbs makes this an easy and delicious dinner. Even my wife likes the leftovers. We like it on mashed potatoes or rice, but I also put it on noodles, bread, or just plain in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, dried, ground
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 - beef bouillon cubes, to your taste
- 1 can low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make yet another hamburger gravy recipe

Step 1Put ground beef, onion, garlic, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir to break up the meat. Cook until no longer pink.

Step 2Mix in thyme, mustard, dill, rosemary, and sage. Add flour and stir until mixture is completely coated and dry for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3Pour in broth, milk, and add bouillon cube(s). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Step 4Lower heat, cover, and simmer until it reaches your desired thickness, 25-30 minutes.
