How to Make Cranberry Chutney with Southern Comfort and apples
- Place first 3 ingredients in sturdy pot and set on medium and stir frequently. The cranberries and apples will break down. Do not add water. Cook until mushy consistency
- Add about half of southern comfort and the spices. Continue cooking on low. The longer you cook it the more it will break down and jell as it cools. I like it pretty Jelled so cook at least another hour on low
- When the spices give off there fragrance add rest of the southern comfort and cook about 10 more minutes.
- This is great with Turkey but also as a dessert with whip cream!
