- 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP RAISINS
I TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
MIX TOGETHER WELL
ADD GRADUALLY WITH WIRE WHISK TO PREVENT LUMPS
3/4 CUP COLD PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4 CUP COLD WATER or Ham Juices
1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR
DASH OF GROUND CLOVES
DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
COOK AND STIR UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED. MAKE DAY BEFORE FOR BETTER FLAVOR
YIELDS: 2 CUPS
