How to Make Pumpkin Butter
1Heat pumpkin in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it dries out (about 2 minutes).
2By hand fold pumpkin puree with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon into butter.
3Refrigerate up to two weeks.
