- 1/4 cup canned solid pack pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 pound butter, unsalted (2 sticks)
How To Make pumpkin butter

Step 1Heat pumpkin in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it dries out (about 2 minutes). Let cool.

Step 2By hand fold pumpkin puree with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon into butter.

Step 3Refrigerate up to two weeks.
