1/2peck pears peeled

2 1/2 csugar

16 ozcan crushed pineapple
How To Make pear honey

1Peel the pears and remove the seeds. Place in food processor and process until well smashed. Should have around 4 cups pears. Place the pears in a large pot. Add the sugar.

2Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add the pineapple and bring to a boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes.

3Put it in sterilized jars and waterbath process for 15 minutes.
