Ingredients
- 1 package cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- - grated rind of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 - fresh mandarin orange, peeled, or 1 can
- - pinch salt
How To Make pam's cranberry sauce

Step 1Wash and drain berries.

Step 2Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.

Step 3Cover, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer

Step 4Cook until berries pop, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 5Can be made several days ahead.
