My sister-in-law brought this for Thanksgiving and it was so good. I think she said she found the recipe on a cracker box. I don't even know what the name of the recipe originally was. I just came across the recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    orange zest
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped pecans.

How to Make Orange Cranberry Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Just combine the first 5 ingredients well, then stir in the cranberries and pecans.
  2. We had it with crackers but I also think it would be delicious on toast or pound cake.
