- 1 - fresh chili
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
How To Make mango chutney

Step 1Peel the mango, cut the flesh off in strips and scrape the rest off the seed. Place in a blender or food processor and grind it with all other ingredients to form a thick pulp.
