How to Make Mango Chutney


  1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off in strips and scrape the rest off the seed. Place in a blender or food processor and grind it with all other ingredients to form a thick pulp.
  2. Serve portions of the chutney in small dishes as an accompaniment to a meal.
