Ingredients

  • 1 large green mango
  • 1 - fresh chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

How To Make mango chutney

  • Step 1
    Peel the mango, cut the flesh off in strips and scrape the rest off the seed. Place in a blender or food processor and grind it with all other ingredients to form a thick pulp.
  • Step 2
    Serve portions of the chutney in small dishes as an accompaniment to a meal.
