lemon-butter-parsley sauce
I got this recipe years ago at a Weight Watchers meeting. I've used it lots and lots when I want a lower-calorie, great-tasting sauce. Good on Shrimp, Pasta, Chicken, Pork chops, Potatoes, Rice, Vegetables, lots of things! This recipe makes 2 servings; half the recipe = only 1 WW point.
