- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Step 1In a food processor add the egg yolks, basil and garlic. Turn the processor on and drizzle in the olive oil and process until smooth

Step 2Pour into a bowl and whisk in the salt, white pepper, Key lime juice and mayo
