Cranberries are such a wonderful winter fruit. Here they are combines with pineapple and ginger. Need I say more?

- (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple in syrup not juice pack
- 2/3 c
- 1/2 c
- 3/4 tsp
- ground ginger
- 1 pkg
- (12 ounces) cranberries
How to Make Gingerberry Relish
- 1In a medium saucepan combine undrained pineapple, sugar, water, and ginger. Cook, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries .
- 2Bring mixture to a boil. Continue stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop (4-5 more minutes). Cool.
Transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated until used. Will keep up to 3 days.
