was looking online at a spice company and they had pomagranate mollassas oh that sounded so god but how will i use it...this is what i came up with once i got it i'm sure it will go well with chicken or ribs or anyplace u use b'b'que sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    diet cran-pomagranette juice
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    pomagranette mollassas
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    mesquite flavor powder + more if needed

How to Make fruity b'b'que sauce by Diane

Step-by-Step

  1. day before......mix all together put in fridge

    [mine is in the fridge now]
  2. in am put in blender mix til smooth and creamy
  3. put in small pan bring to slow boil boil 10-12 min stirring often[watch close so it doesn't burn]
  4. now have ribs or chicken bout done..... cover with sauce cook 15 min more enjoy
  5. INFO: i got the pomagranette mollassas from thespicehouse.com it is awesome online site for lots of stuff
