- Wash cranberries with cool water and drain well. Discard any soft or discolored berries.
- Combine cranberries, diced apple, sugar, orange juice, and corn syrup in a 2-1/2 to 3 - qt sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened. I love to watch the Cranberries pop !! Cool and pour into pint jars to cool. Keep refrigerated.
