My neighbor, Dennis, is quite a good cook, and one of his favorite dishes to take to Thanksgiving dinners is his special cranberry sauce. This is truly wonderfully tasty. Try it with your next Turkey dinner (Or put some on a leftover turkey sandwich for a punch of flavor)

How To Make dennis' wonderful cranberry sauce- pam's

  • Step 1
Wash and zest both oranges, then peel and chop into about 3/4 inch pieces. Place all ingredients except nuts, in a heavy bottomed sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to a low simmer and cook until berries pop and orange pieces dissolve somewhat. Stirring often, simmer until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in toasted nuts. Refrigerate or serve warm.
