I had forgotten about cranberry sauce until everything was almost done. Read the recipe on the bag and though it sounded pretty plain,so I added somethings and, bam, now my husbands favorite.

  • 2/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 c
  • 12 oz
    cranberries, fresh
  • 1
    orange, zest and juice of
  • 2 tsp
    fresh ginger, grated
  • dash(es)
    salt and cinnamon each

How to Make Cranberry Sauce


  1. Bring vinegar, sugar,and water to boil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Boil until all cranberries pop.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool 10 min.
    Serve warm or Place in fridge or feezer until cool.
