Our family is somewhat divided regarding cranberry relish vs cranberry sauce. Personally, I like both but I sure do love the discussions at the dinner table about who likes which one better and why. Hilarious when you have teenagers! This recipe smells very festive while it's cooking.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries (can use frozen but fresh is best)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water (1/4 if using frozen cranberries)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
How To Make cranberry sauce slow cooked

Step 1Dump cranberries into slow cooker.

Step 2Combine all other ingredients into a bowl and mix together then pour over cranberries. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
