This recipe was passed down from my Grandmother, and it's a traditional family favorite at our house!

  • 2 pkg
    rasberry jello
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 can(s)
    cranberry sauce with whole berries
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple (small)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Cranberry Salad


  1. In a large serving bowl whisk the boiling water into the Rasberry Jello until dissolved.
  2. Drain pineapple & add juice only to the hot Jello.
  3. Refridgerate for 2 hrs.
  4. Remove Jello from the fridge. Mash the cream cheese into the Jello with a fork, breaking cream cheese into tiny pieces. Do not cream together!
  5. Fold in remaining ingredients & chill over night.
