- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 1 - tart apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 10 ounces package frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make cranberry relish

Step 1Combine cranberries and apple in food processor, pulse until finely chopped.

Step 2Add sugar and orange marmalade, pulse until combined.

Step 3Add raspberries and mandarin orange. Pulse quickly several times.

Step 4Mix together and refrigerate.
