Food Processor


  • 1 lb
    fresh cranberries
  • 1
    tart apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    orange marmalade
  • 11 oz
    canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 10 oz
    package frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Cranberry Relish


  1. Combine cranberries and apple in food processor, pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add sugar and orange marmalade, pulse until combined.
  3. Add raspberries and mandarin orange. Pulse quickly several times.
  4. Mix together and refrigerate.
  5. Enjoy!
