Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
- 2 - slightly under-ripe pears
How To Make cranberry pear relish

Step 1Core pears. Peel and cut into 1/3 inch pieces.

Step 2Combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, zest and pears in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Boil until berries pop open, about 10 minutes. Skim foam off surface with a metal spoon and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 months. Great with turkey or ham, wonderful on sandwiches!!
