12 ozbag whole cranberries
1/2 cgranulated sugar
1/2 cstevia or other powdered sweetener
15 ozcan mandarin oranges slices, well drained, reserve juice
How to Make Cranberry Orange Sauce - the best
- Combine water and both sugars in a small saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add the cranberries and bring back to a boil, stirring every once in awhile.
- When the second boil begins turn down heat and simmer for 8 minutes..until berries begin to pop...Smash most of the berries with masher or fork. Remove from heat.
