Cranberry Orange Relish

The liqueur in this recipe gives the sauce a special kick.

1 navel orange
16 oz. fresh cranberries
1 large granny smith apple, cored and coarsely chopped
1 cup sugar
2 t. grand marnier or triple sec


1Cut unpeeled orange into eight wedges. Mix with cranberries, apple, sugar and liqueur in food processor. Process until finely chopped. Spoon into a bowl and store in refrigerator. Serve cold. Serves 4
