How to Make Cranberry-Orange Relish
- Cut oranges into 1-inch pieces.
- Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor with steel blade.
- Cover and process with short on-and-off motions about 15 seconds or until evenly chopped.
- Place mixture in bowl; stir in sugar and ginger. Add nuts, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate at lease 24 hours, but no longer than 1 week
