  • 1 pkg
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1
    unpeeled orange, cut up
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    crystallized ginger
  • ·
    nuts, very finely chopped, if desired.

How to Make Cranberry-Orange Relish


  1. Cut oranges into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor with steel blade.
  3. Cover and process with short on-and-off motions about 15 seconds or until evenly chopped.
  4. Place mixture in bowl; stir in sugar and ginger. Add nuts, if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at lease 24 hours, but no longer than 1 week
