Ingredients
- 1 package fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 - unpeeled orange, cut up
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger

How To Make cranberry-orange relish

Step 1Cut oranges into 1-inch pieces.

Step 2Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor with steel blade.

Step 3Cover and process with short on-and-off motions about 15 seconds or until evenly chopped.

Step 4Place mixture in bowl; stir in sugar and ginger. Add nuts, if desired.

Step 5Cover and refrigerate at lease 24 hours, but no longer than 1 week
