This makes a great little thanksgiving turkey sauce. When making this, remember to make it your own. If you like ginger, add some more ginger, if you like pineapple, throw in some pineapple.

  • 2 lb
    fresh cranberries
  • 4
    oranges, segmented
  • 1 tsp
    ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 3
    pears or apples peeled and diced
  • 3 c
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Cranberry Orange Chutney


  1. Mix all together in a heavy bottomed pot, let simmer until it thickens. Stir often, when thickened take off heat and let cool.
