This makes a great little thanksgiving turkey sauce. When making this, remember to make it your own. If you like ginger, add some more ginger, if you like pineapple, throw in some pineapple.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh cranberries
- 4 - oranges, segmented
- 1 teaspoon ginger root, peeled and minced
- 3 - pears or apples peeled and diced
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1Mix all together in a heavy bottomed pot, let simmer until it thickens. Stir often, when thickened take off heat and let cool.
