How to Make Cranberry Liqueur Sauce
- In pan, mix cranberries, liqueur, and corn syrup. Bring to boil; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or til cranberries are tender. Add mandarin oranges and heat through, about 3 minutes.
- Spoon into jar or decorative containers.Cover and refrigerate. Serve as meat accompaniment. Makes about 4 1/2 cups
