Don't know where I got this recipe but I've had it for years. It is so good on a bagel. You can also put it out for a dip with crackers. So good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • ·
    zest of one orange
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • GARNISH

  • ·
    mint leaves

How to Make Cranberry Delight Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar, orange zest and cinnamon on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in cranberries and nuts. refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve with your favorite crackers or celery. Great on bagels.
