Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups peeled and diced apples
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make cranberry apple conserve

Step 1Wash and pick over berries removing all stems. Add to a dutch oven and pour in water. Cook over medium-high heat until skins pop. Add apples, sugar and spices and cook until mixture thickens, about 25 minutes. Stir in peacans and lemon juice. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until ready to use.
