Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Sauce
I did make this last year for Thanksgiving. We don't even like cranberry sauce, but I saw him make it on TV and it just looked good. The boys LOVED it. I used the left overs on biscuits and waffles. It is a keeper and can be made several days in advance.
2 ccranberry juice
6 ozsweetened dried cranberries ( i have used fresh frozen cranberries also)
1cinnamon stick broken in 1/2
1 csugar (or sweetner)
2gala apples (i used granny smith)
