- 1 cup plum jam
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Discard solids. Store in covered container in fridge.
