3 Tbspwater

1 1/2 cwhole cranberry sauce, canned or homemade

1/2 tspgrated orange rind

1/4 ckirsch, cointreau, or brandy
How to Make Brandy Cranberry Sauce
- Combine cornstarch and water; mix well.
- Add all ingredients, except liqueur, in metal fondue pot; mix well and heat over moderate direct heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in liqueur.
- Serve warm on plain or ice cream topped waffles or ice cream.
