Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 1/2 c
    whole cranberry sauce, canned or homemade
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1/4 c
    kirsch, cointreau, or brandy

How to Make Brandy Cranberry Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cornstarch and water; mix well.
  2. Add all ingredients, except liqueur, in metal fondue pot; mix well and heat over moderate direct heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in liqueur.
  3. Serve warm on plain or ice cream topped waffles or ice cream.
