Ingredients

2 Tbsp
cornstarch
3 Tbsp
water
1 1/2 c
whole cranberry sauce, canned or homemade
1/2 tsp
grated orange rind
1/4 c
kirsch, cointreau, or brandy

Step-By-Step

1Combine cornstarch and water; mix well.
2Add all ingredients, except liqueur, in metal fondue pot; mix well and heat over moderate direct heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in liqueur.
3Serve warm on plain or ice cream topped waffles or ice cream.
