Ingredients
- 21/2 cups blueberries
- 1 - small shallot minced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon each s&p
How To Make blueberry ketchup

Step 1Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan cook on med-high heat. Stir and simmer till sugar desolves and berries start to breakdown, about 5min. Turn to medium low stiring occationally til sauce is thickened 20-30min.

Step 2Spoon into glass jars, refrigerate for four hours till thickened. Great on burgers!
