A glaze that is a little on the hot side for your Easter ham.

1 1/4 c
blackberry jam, seedless
1 1/2 Tbsp
white vinegar
2 Tbsp
seeded, minced jalapeno peppers
1/2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
corn starch


1Mix all ingredients in a small pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Brush sauce over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
