A glaze that is a little on the hot side for your Easter ham.

  • 1 1/4 c
    blackberry jam, seedless
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    seeded, minced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch

How to Make Berry Glaze With A Kick


  1. Mix all ingredients in a small pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Brush sauce over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
